–Personality-
Lance Halliwell is a rather strong individual. Although he can be alone or work alone, he always loves being the center of attention. In other words surrounded by people that love and adore him. Mostly girls though…he loves to have girls falling all over him though he acts like he hates it. Lance has done some growing up since school and suppressed it but it still comes out every once and a while. As you can tell he thinks very highly of himself and dislikes those that think higher. Egotistical would be a good word to describe him, although most of the time Lance plays a façade…the intelligent, the popular, the wild card, and the brat. He pulls out whatever he chooses when he interacts with different crowds. One thing that remains strong is Lance’s loyalty and bravery. He is loyal to the end, which can also be a bad thing…and of course his bravery, (also recounted by some as stupidity.) He is never afraid to take on a challenge, he jumps in and thinks later. Another little problem flaw is of course Lance's mouth...he has the tendency to say whatever he thinks. He is very open and not afraid to say what he is on his mind. Lance does work well with people and can be open and loud. However when alone he becomes shy, quite, and often insecure. One thing that Lance does remarkably well are potions…he excelled in it at school. Mainly because of his mother who was actually a Potions Master. He would not call himself a master but an expert would be a better term for him right now. He keeps his family’s spell book, The Book of Shadows, with him all the time. Carrying the family’s knowledge of magic for generations. One of Lance’s main weaknesses is his drive. When he starts something he sticks with it. Of course with Lance’s ability of being a precognitive touch-clairvoyant makes him well, special which can of course go to his head. When he was younger he was afraid to touch things because visions can be quite painful…even now zapping most of his strength when he receives one. A trait he received from his Aunt Phoebe, who has been there to guide him as he shares the same gift as her. She has been rather large part of his life. Phoebe was always the person Lance when to when he had family troubles. Lance has an unnatural obsession with water; he has lost countless days sitting by the ocean, stream, lake, pond, or river. Naturally the one spell Lance uses quite often and well is Aguamenti - the water spell.

Family Dynamics:
The Halliwell family originally resided in Ireland under the name Warren. The Warrens were a wealthy pure-blooded family being some of the few known in Ireland, it made the family name rather famous. The most well known and likely beginning the line was Astrid Halliwell Warren who met a young man from England by the last name of Yaxley, who was a cousin of Lysandra Yaxley, who married Arcturus Black a son of Phineas Nigellus Black and Ursula Flint. The move included transferring most of the Warren wealth into English currency which left a hefty sum and made Astrid’s husband love her even more. Astrid Warren had a special gift that became a legacy in the family line. She had innate talent in wandless, speechless magic which made battling against her quite difficult and sometimes deadly. Each Warren has this ability however they can and will use wands for more powerful spells and better control. Astrid continued to work earning more money and eventually had a daughter, Charlotte Lysandra Warren Yaxley. She was named for her father’s favorite cousin and ironically enough formed a strong friendship with one of Lysandra’s daughters: Cedrella Black, who was later blasted off the family tree for her marriage to the blood traitor Septimus Weasley. This act caused not only a dispute among members of the Black family, but also between Astrid and her husband, as he found her acceptance of a blood traitor/muggles appalling outweighed his love of her power and money. A duel commenced with spells, hexes, and curses flying everywhere. Astrid was able to get her daughter, now a young woman, a book, a necklace, a Gringotts’ key, and a few other small items out of the harms way. She sent her daughter far away from the heated zone., telling her that she would protect her and hold them off. Charlotte fled the country but not knowing where to go. Obviously she could not be in England, or return to Ireland because what small amounts of the family believe her and Name abandoned their Irish heritage. So Charlotte took to over seas and arrived in Salem, Organ. Finally settling down Charlotte made a life without magic. Mainly considering during this time

-History of Lance Halliwell-

Before School: Lance Halliwell was born the third son of Piper Halliwell and Leo Wyatt. On a cold December morning in the San Francisco Bay Hospital. Raised in Halliwell Manor by his mother and her two sisters. Their job was to train the next in line, Piper’s children were said to be the next Charmed Ones. So special care and time was taken to them. The three bothers were not the only children in the Manor, both Phoebe and Paige had children of their own also magical and possibly Charmed. Each child still had the gift from Astrid Warren of wandless, speechless magic. Years went by and still the sisters taught and kept up appearances in the muggle world. However Paige and Leo took up the Headmastership to the Salem Institute of Magical Study making their appearance in the muggle world scarce. Lance himself was taught into several different areas of study. Seeing as he was the third brother of the Charmed Ones and a son of the oldest leaves him with the gift of Sight. In other words Lance would spend hours training his inner eye with his Aunt Phoebe. One of Lance’s other main talents was his work with potions. A trait he took from his mother as she was a potions master. Naturally Lance was taught everything thing that Piper knew. With all of the evil that Piper and her sisters faced it finally took it’s toll on her oldest, Wyatt. At a young age, with help from a evil wizard during the war, Wyatt was cursed add that with his change in values turned him against his family. Wyatt was caught placing a curse on his brother Chris by both Lance and Piper. In tears she defeated her son but could not kill him, Wyatt fled overseas to join a new rise of evil. After a meeting with her family Piper thought it was best to go after him. Two of Wyatt’s main targets were her two other sons. So she thought it best to take Chris and Lance with her and split them into different areas. Chris went to the north, Lance to the south both were housed into two different schools for protection. Durmstrang and Hogwarts were both notified by Piper and Leo on the crisis and their family history. The two school’s were happy to accept them, Durmstrang more seeing as they were a pure-blooded family.

Year One: Lance firsts gets to Hogwarts with his new group including: Shane a longtime friend from the San Francisco that moved with him, Henry his cousin by Aunt Paige, Christina a girl he had met when he arrived in London, Helena a girl he met in London and began to show signs of a relationship, and Natalie Hawkins who became one of his closest friends...she was a sister to him. All of them of course in Gryffindor formed somewhat of a gang and were seen together all over the school.

Year Two: Lance meets Aiden Jakorr a boy he shares a friendship that will last a lifetime. He slowly falls away from the Gryffindors although keeping up pretenses, and always staying with Nataile, he usually is seen with Aiden. Knowing each other so well it is almost like they can read each others mind.

Year Three: The boys and Natalie meet a new girl Amaris Medalla which they forged a new friendship with. After spending enough time around Amaris Lance started dating her...which killed anything that might of happened with Helena. The boys and Natalie began to hang around Amaris and she became one of the gang. Lance, Aiden, Amaris, and Natalie.

Year Four: Aiden begins to act strangely Lance thinks nothing of it though…just a phase. Talking with Death Eater’s children he began to see less of his friend and it began to upset him. Natalie and Amaris grew very close this year and talked about the troubles Aiden was going through. Lance leaned more toward his group of Gryffindors even though he was dating a pure Slytherin...the group stuck by him and Natalie and Lance really became close friends.

Year Five: Aiden goes through some rather rough times and Lance seems to be the only one he can go to. In Lance’s mind that is a good thing. Who better to trust then your best friend? Lance and Amaris’s relationship suffers mainly because of all the alone time Aiden and Lance have, constantly talking…Lance trying to help his best friend. Amaris brushes this off, she is more worried about Aiden the anything. Natalie of course feeling the same.

Year Six: A tragedy strikes Lance when he finds out one of his closest friends Natalie Hawkins is murdered. This is the first time Lance steps out of his shell. He stops caring about being popular and matures. Lance also finds out that his best friend Aiden is dead as well. Little does he know that Natalie’s killer is Aiden who has become a vampire. The Staff of Hogwarts think it better to keep Lance in the dark. As the Ministry of Magic covers the entire thing up saying that an unknown creature from the Forbidden Forest killed Natalie. Lance has a vision and sees Aiden alive and trying to kill him. Lance becomes confused, scared, and quite withdrawn. Amaris stays by his side through it all however.

Year Seven: Lance becomes quite the trouble maker and makes no attempt to hide his hatred for the Staff of Hogwarts. He decides it’s better, after long talks with Amaris, to keep it a secret that he knows the truth about Aiden. Still mourning the loss of his close friend Lance is confused on which way to go. Lance and Amaris agree that it is better to go separate ways for now. He does not want her to be harmed on the path he is going to take to find his friend. Lance somehow manages to pass his classes and begins his journey.

After School: Lance decided to become an Auror to search for Aiden…he caught a few Death Eaters but not the one he was looking for. Along the way for money Lance brews potions in whatever town he stops in. He continues to do that as he goes if he is out of a job. He then decided to take a job in the Ministry of Magic to see if he could find anything that they may have covered up. He stumbled upon the Order of the Phoenix by chatting with a few people and a rather powerful vision. Lance has now joined the Order in hopes of finding Aiden along the way. He doesn’t really care about fighting the good fight or winning against the Death Eaters all he cares about is finding Aiden and he will do whatever it takes to do it.
